Do I need previous coaching experience?

No. Both programs are designed as a gateway to the coaching profession. What matters is openness to self-discovery and dedication to the 16–20 week program.

What is the concrete difference between ICF and ANC?

ICF Level 1 is the standard international recognition in the coaching industry (ACC, PCC, MCC). ANC is a Romanian state certification that validates skills on the local market. You can start with ANC and then progress to ICF, or vice versa.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes — ICF Level 1 can be paid in 3 installments. For ANC, we discuss individually according to your needs.

What do I get at the end of the program?

An official certificate (ICF Level 1 or ANC), lifetime access to the global or local professional community, continuing development sessions, and invitations to AGAPE events.

Can I follow the program if I work full-time?

Yes. Live sessions are scheduled in the evenings or on weekends. The practical part is flexible. Most of our trainees are working professionals (HR, managers, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers).

What is the PCC credential and how do I go from ICF Level 1 to PCC?

PCC (Professional Certified Coach) is the second level of the ICF credential, internationally recognized as the standard for practitioners with solid experience. You can apply for PCC after completing an accredited ICF Level 2 program (Competency Advantage) and accumulating a minimum of 500 documented coaching hours. Coach Masters Academy Singapore's Level 2 program, available through AGAPE, is designed for exactly this pathway — it builds your skills at the PCC level and prepares you for the ICF performance assessment.

What is MCC and who is ICF Level 3 for?

MCC (Master Certified Coach) is the highest ICF credential worldwide, awarded to a small number of coaches.
