“Pay-it-Forward” Plan
For clients who would like to “test the water” before committing to Standard NLP or Weekly NLP sessions. The first 2-hour session is billed at the Hourly NLP rate. If the client then chooses to go forward to a second session, that session will be billed at the Monthly Rate minusthe amount already paid (which is less, in all cases, than another 2 hours at the hourly rate). After the the second session has been charged, one full month will have already been prepaid. So a Standard NLP client will have one more session already paid, and a Weekly NLP client will have two more sessions already paid.
This plan is only available during the first month of sessions.
Additional Fees
Scheduling Registration/Deposit Fee: $100, paid at the time we schedule our first appointment. This fee is Non-Refundable, but is subtracted from the amount due after our first session.
1-hour Completion Session: This applies only to clients on the Weekly NLP or Standard NLP plans after they have completed one month of sessions. It pre-pays and reserves a 1-hour session which will await the completion of our work together. It is billed at the beginning of the second month (the 5th session).
A completion session gives us a chance to review progress, look forward to future plans, discuss any remaining challenges, give feedback, and bring our present work to a conclusion.
The prepayment of a completion session is non-refundable, and calculated at the hourly equivalent rate for whatever plan you are using. (For instance, a Weekly NLP client paying Quarterly would prepay $119 for the completion session.)
Refund Policy
Since every client brings different challenges, goals and resources, works at his or her own speed, and is fully responsible for his or her own progress and decision to continue from one session to the next, all fees are for services rendered, not for ‘results’. In the event that the first session is unsatisfactory to a client, no charge will be made; however the Scheduling/Registration Fee remains non-refundable.
Refunds of Unused Prepaid Tracks: Fees accrued are equal to the hourly-equivalent rate of the most recently completed track rate times the number of sessions. The amount paid minus this number will be the amount of the refund.
Example: Joe signs up for Weekly NLP sessions paid Quarterly and prepays $2856. He stops after two sessions. His refund will be: $2856minus ($299 x 4 hrs) = $1660. If he stops after one month, his refund will be $2856 minus ($138 x 8 hrs) = $1752. Note that he actually gets a larger refund after having four sessions than after having only two — because four sessions completes a month, giving him the benefit of the lower monthly rate.
Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice or the remaining length of a prepaid Track, whichever is longer.
